We offer FREE UK mainland delivery on all orders over £120 (before VAT).

Dispatch & Delivery Times (UK Mainland)

We partner with Royal Mail and trusted UK couriers to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Standard Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 1:00pm are usually dispatched same working day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00pm are dispatched next working day.
  • In Peak periods allow us 7–10 working days.
  • Bespoke or out-of-stock items may require additional lead time.

Aerosols & Restricted Items

Aerosol products cannot be sent via Royal Mail and must be shipped by courier, with extra costs.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide and welcome both small and bulk international orders.

How International Shipping Costs Are Calculated

Charges are based on:

  • Total parcel weight
  • Destination country
  • Whether items are bulk/oversized

All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means:

International Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1:00pm promptly.
However, bespoke or made-to-order items may require additional production time.

  • We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged during return transit.

If you'd like to collect your order directly from our premises:
